Your 5 Golden Rules to Follow 1 Day before the Wedding

Large

Being mentally and physically well on your wedding day as a bride should be at the top of your list of priorities right now. How to get there? Well, keep reading what health and wellness coach, Kimberly Schneider had to say about it:

1. Good night’s sleep

In order to reach that beautiful state of complete unconsciousness, you have to keep your phone and laptop at a distance for at least one hour before hitting the sack. Your last meal should be a light snack that is to be consumed 3-4 hours before sleep. Add a few drops of lavender oil to your pillow for extra calmness and you’re good to go.

2. Lemon water

Lemon water is comforting, especially if you’re bloated or are having digestion problems. Drink lemon water throughout the day to help ease your nerves.

3. Getting into the right mindset

Exercising, exercising, and exercising. The best way to get away from all the unnecessary noise and calm yourself down is to workout. Help your body get rid of all the tension and bad energy. If you prefer not to move your butt, play some classical music, lie in bed, and close your eyes.

4. Massage, hot bath, or both

It’s alright if you can’t afford getting a massage at the moment. You can always fill your bathtub with hot water and add a bath bomb, bath salts, or coconut oil to it. Get in and gently rub your body.

5. Food

Stay away from anything heavy or fast that might disturb or upset your stomach. Stick to nuts, veggies, fruits, and soups.
