The Bride: Your Health & Beauty Concerns 3 Months before the Wedding

As the bride, your big health and beauty countdown starts about 6 months before your wedding, especially if you’re making big decisions or trying to make serious changes to your look and health. If a bride is short on time and “6 months” sounds like just too much, then let’s cut it down to 3 and see what we can do with that amount of time:

1. Vitamins

Vitamins are vital for your skin, hair, nails, and general health. Whatever kind you need or choose, the effects won’t start showing before it has been at least 3 months since you’ve started taking them. It’s good to also integrate foods that are rich in vitamin C in your diet because it improves your immunity system, revives your skin, and keeps your nails healthy. Make sure to consume “Beauty foods”, like bananas, almonds, peanuts, and spinach.

2. Exercise:

The effects of exercise will definitely not start showing before 3 months of total commitment to the process. If you find it hard to stick to a program, home workouts and going jogging are always an option. The important thing is to reach your health/body goals before your wedding

2 Months before the wedding:

1. Diet:

Exercising alone won’t cut it! You have to go on a healthy diet, too if you truly want to become a healthy bride/individual. There are certain kinds of foods that you might want to eliminate from your diet 2 months before getting married, like dairy products, caffeine, fizzy drinks, especially Pepsi/Coca-Cola, tea and Coffee, processed foods, and sugars.

2. Water:

Woman, you have got to drink at least 2 liters of water a day and if you're the type who sweats a lot, then make it 3. Water is everything, I mean, it’s called the elixir of life for a reason. It keeps your body and skin healthy on both the outside and the inside. TAKE WATER SERIOUSLY. 

3. Clean food:

Start by consuming fruits and vegetables every day, eating a very light dinner, and drinking two cups of green tea daily. 

A week before the wedding:

Keep the good work up and go get your dead skin cells removed at a spa or you can get your own body scrub and handle the task yourself. Don’t you dare forget to moisturize afterwards.
