As the bride, your big health and beauty countdown starts about 6 months before your wedding, especially if you’re making big decisions or trying to make serious changes to your look and health. Vitamins are vital for your skin, hair, nails, and general health. Whatever kind you need or choose, the effects won’t start showing before it has been at least 3 months since you’ve started taking them. It’s good to also integrate foods that are rich in vitamin C in your diet because it improves your immunity system, revives your skin, and keeps your nails healthy. Make sure to consume “Beauty foods”, like bananas, almonds, peanuts, and spinach.
The effects of exercise will definitely not start showing before 3 months of total commitment to the process. If you find it hard to stick to a program, home workouts and going jogging are always an option. The important thing is to reach your health/body goals before your wedding.
