While you’re running around like a bumblebee desperately trying to get everything done in precisely the right time, all that stress and tension must be taking their toll on your skin. Besides how affected your complexion is at the moment because of the current phase that you're in, you might also be in need of a reminder or a wakeup call to start paying attention to yourself once again being that you're an upcoming bride. Time to gear up before the wedding, woman:

1. Cleansing, toning, and moisturizing

Your 3 best friends. The CTM process is something that you should do twice everyday, once when you wake up and another before you go to sleep. If you haven’t been doing that already, then it’s about time that you start taking care of your facial health and look. Committing to this process is guaranteed to leave your skin glowing and overtime, blemish and problem free.

2. Scrubbing

A lot of people don’t believe in the power of scrubbing but that’s only because they’re too lazy to try it. Scrubbing helps you get rid of dead skin cells, ingrown hairs, flakes, acne scars, dark patches, the list goes on! It also leaves your skin squeaky clean. However, never not moisturize after scrubbing.

3. Hair & face masks

If you want to start using masks, then in order to get better results, you’ve got to start on them now! Go for natural masks that don’t contain parabens or bad chemicals that could damage your hair and skin, eventually leading to worse problems.

4. Treatment sessions

If you suffer from cellulite, fine lines, strawberry legs, or anything skin related that you have tried to get rid of at home but failed, you might want to consider visiting a beauty clinic that could find a legit solution to your problem. What with all the technology that is accessible to us right now, you should believe that anything could happen.

5. Hand and foot care

Don’t forget that your hands and feet require attention as well. You can start by weekly exfoliating and moisturizing. You can also use oils, like olive and castor, if you feel like your skin does need the nourishment.

6. Hair removal

Stay up to date with your hair removal routine if this is a matter of concern to you.

7. Working out and dieting

If you’re an athletic woman who enjoys intense workouts and such, try to gradually go easy on yourself as you approach the day of your wedding. It’s also best not to follow any rigorous diets that might result in physical weakness and fatigue.

8. Meditation

The best way to really free your mind and empty your head of all the racing thoughts is to meditate for 20 minutes daily. You can simply open Youtube and type in “How to meditate” and the answers will just pop!

9. The food you eat

8-10 glasses of water a day. Add a couple of lemon slices to your water and you’ll be more than fine. Fruits, vegetables, and high-protein foods are your friends at the moment because not only are they physically healthy, but they also affect how your brain functions. Avoid foods that might badly affect your body or complexion.

10. Sleeping

You need 8-10 hours of sleep every night if you want to keep up a healthy lifestyle. Sleep deprivation will always show on your face and body but that’s not the only reason why you should get proper sleep: sleep affects your mood, physical and mental health, your memory, immunity…the list is really long. Make it a habit to go to bed before 12.
