Let’s not even talk about how special your wedding day is and just cut to the chase. Your guests make up about, well, 99.9% of your wedding and I didn’t write 100% because of the food. You want to make your wedding guests feel special and cherished without feeling like you’re exerting too much effort in trying to deliver your message. That’s why we came up with a few ideas that require almost nothing to get done but will certainly make your guests feel appreciated and happy to be there with you on your wedding day.

1- Personalised invitations:

- Go forward

It’s 2019 and a lot of couples really tend to go out of their way to come up with a rad, creative idea to invite people to their wedding. So, how about this? What if you and your partner record a 1-minute video of yourselves inviting the people you love to your wedding while being all cute and adorable and stating why you can’t have your wedding without them? The idea is new, innovative, and definitely cool. Plus, you can totally do it using your phone camera.

You can edit your video using the countless video editing apps that you can choose from and download. You can even add text to it, so hurray!

- Go backward:

You can totally go back in time with this one because it’s all about the good old days when people knew nothing of Facebook or Instagram. Send your wedding guests personalized, handwritten letters and attach your photo (as a couple) to each letter. This one’s so special because it’s so intimate and cozy. All you have to do is hit a big stationary house and get everything you need from there. You can literally design the letter however way you want to. If you find the handwriting part  time consuming or difficult, you can always digitally print the letters using a vintage font, example: American typewriter

2- Give them new friends:

Give your guests a chance to befriend each other beforehand, especially the youngsters. This is something that you can easily do by creating a Facebook group/event or a WhatsApp group chat and allowing them to interact with each other and get to know one another because you’ll definitely want people to be able to mingle at your wedding and not divide themselves into separate groups. This is also a good chance for the guests who will attend your wedding solo to not feel isolated or secluded.

3- Let them have a say:

A lot of couples prefer to do everything themselves from A to Z but think about it, the more your wedding guests feel involved, the more they’re going to want to share such a special day with you!

You can easily create a form or poll on almost any famous social media platform for your guests. There surely are some questions that still remain unanswered to you, like maybe you’re still not sure whether you want to invite children or not, or maybe you want to make certain that your guests enjoy the menu that you selected for the wedding

It is true that some of these pointers require some time or effort but you’ll surely be rewarded with happy guests who feel appreciated and ready to help if anything comes up. Whatever good you do will come back to you tenfold.
